With nearly two decades specializing in trauma, addiction, and nervous system regulation, Jennifer blends the science of Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and cognitive frameworks with ancient practices of mindfulness, vagal toning, and embodied healing. Her approach is both clinical and compassionate, helping you reconnect to safety and wisdom already within you.
